[Paraview] AMR - filtering

The "Extract Datasets" filter (vtkHierarchicalDataExtractDataSets) was
added to ParaView on June 16. It operates on vtkHierarchicalDataSets (and
vtkHierarchicalBoxDataSet is a subclass of vtkHierarchicalDataSet).
