[Paraview] create Animation from .pvd files

Some big animation changes were made recently in the CVS version of 
ParaView.  If you were using a CVS version you can try upgrading to the 
latest CVS version to see if the changes fix your problem.  If it still 
persists, please report it as a bug here:
