[Paraview] No background when exporting PNG files...

I do a script using imagemagick and pnmcrop:
convert paraview.bmp tmp.pnm
pnmcrop tmp.pnm > tmp2.pnm
convert tmp2.pnm paraview.png
to my knowledge, imagemagick cannot do it (strange)

PS. and yes, there could be a "show full extent" option to minimize the 
borders in PV
