[Paraview] "Gluing a puzzle..."

Hi all,
I have a problem about pos-processing parallel files when running Paraview
in serial mode.
My parallel partitions are all placed in Ensight case files (Fortran/Binary)
numbered according to each partitions, thus, I have:
file.case00 pointing to file.geo00, file.vec00, and file.scl00
file.case01 pointing to file.geo01, file.vec01, and file.scl01
...
file.casenn pointing to file.geonn, file.vecnn, and file.sclnn
(The sub-domains are all locally numbered from 1 to the number of entities
inside each partition)
My problem is about the surface (interface) formed between each MPI
partition. When I load these case files in parallel with an Ensight
server-of-server file (sos file), the Paraview filter (I think that is the
"clean to grid" filter...) removes these annoying surfaces for me, but,
sometimes I'm forced to pos-process parallel results in serial mode and this
filter does not produce the same effect, so, the question is: Is there any
way to clean the interfaces between partitions when running Paraview in
serial mode?
Thanks for any help.
