[Paraview] Export cut data, really stupid question

I'm a bit embarrassed to ask this question, because it should be simple, 
but I can't figure out how to do this ...  Starting from an OpenFoam CFD 
solution, I reduce the 3D data in ParaView so that I have only the 
surface of a wing, now I cut the wing with a plane and I end up with a 
curve (i.e. a "wing section") which has got the info I need (pressure, 
etc.) that I can display as a nicely coloured graphic.  Now I would like 
to plot the values (e.g. pressure vs. x) as a really simple graph.  
Exporting the data would be nice, but there does not seem to be a 
simple, flat csv type of file export available.  Any suggestions?
