[Paraview] Problem with paraview rendering HDF5 Image data

I compiled Paraview with HDF5,in configure I set PARAVIEW_USE_SYSTEM_HDF5 to ON,and HDF5_libray and HDF5_include to ../HDF5/lib and ../HDF5/include.But when I loaded the HDF5 image data,all of filters are out of use.How can I do it?
