[Paraview] pvlocal compilation

I am at the same point. It "seems" to work OK, but it does not work in 
batch-mode. I get the following error and ParaView quits.

paraview --batch /tmp/batchLocal.pvb

Errors while exiting ParaView:
ERROR: In 
/local/apps/paraview-1.6.2/Servers/ServerManager/vtkSMProxyManager.cxx, 
line 112
vtkSMProxyManager (0x8131828): No Proxy where found that matches: 
group=sources and proxy=LocalConeSource

( I use PV 1.6.2 and gcc 2.96)
