[Paraview] animations in pv1.2 vs. pv1.5

Hi,

Regardig by last post... It is quite strange cos. when Im using paraview
1.2 I can fully interact with GUI as well as 3D graphics while an
animation is running. But in 1.5 the GUI and interaction is locked !?!
Is this the intention ? - Personally I find the 1.2 way with interaction
much more appealing... What needs to be changed (back) in order for
animations not to block the GUI ?
Btw. Im using Paraview on Windows XP (if this matters ...)
