[Paraview] Calculator not save properly with "save session"

Hi Robert,

It looks like you found a bug in ParaView 1.2. Unfortunately, in the 
current release, there is not a way from a session file (state or trace) to 
set the Calculator to use cell data. I am fixing this in the CVS version, 
and it will be corrected in the next ParaView release.
