[Paraview] glyphs

[Berk Geveci]

The point ids are rendered as 2D not 3D. There really must be a lot of
points if it's rendering slowly. We do not like the current
implementation because of this reason (and because of the fact that it
really clutters the scene). However, it is all we have for the moment.
