[Paraview] glyphs

You can't do this with glyphs. However, if you are using ParaView 1.2,
you can simply enable "Label Point Ids" in the Display page. Currently,
this is only available when running on 1 node. We will improve this feature
in the future. Data interrogation is one of the big TO DO items in our list.
