[Paraview] Help about client-server connection

hi everybody,
 
   I have complied paraview 1.4 in PC and
SGI onyx.But I meet some errors as C/S mode.
 
I run Paraview in SGI using "paraview --server",
and run it in PC using "paraview
--client"   
 
There are some messages:

vtkSocketCommunicator (0x1270c408): Requested size (1)
is different than the size that was sent (16777216)
 
  Please give some advance.
