[Paraview] Error during installation of ParaView

Hi Eric,

Is there any reason why you are not using 1.0.3 instead of 0.6?
I tested the install target of 1.0.3 and it works ok. It is possible
that the one for 0.6 is broken. If you don't want to move to 1.0.3,
I can see if I can fix the install target of 0.6.
