[Paraview] vtk filters & xml

hello there,

just wondering if anybody could explain to me how to do the following:

"ParaView provides many other data sources and filters by default (edge
extraction, surface extraction, reflection, decimation, extrusion,
smoothing...) and any VTK filter can be added by providing a simple XML
description (VTK provides hundreds of sources and filters, see VTK
documentation for a complete list). "

I would like to add the vtkDelaunay3D filter to the available filters in
paraview? The documentation of paraview/vtk doesn't seem to cover
how to extend paraview?
