[Paraview] General compile questions

Berk,

1.  Right now I am trying for the simplest way for reliably getting the
system to work so probably straight Mesa.  I only want  the master window to
get displayed (using a Linux environment cluster).

2.  The distribution would be very helpfull, thank you!  You can send it
directly to me or I can pull from somewhere.  What does Kitware do for their
build procedures to make the binaries that they distribute?  Is there a
reference in vtk that would explain the procedures you took or is it
ParaView specific?
