[Paraview-developers] manual downloads

Hi guys,
I am in the process of making a local build, where I cannot see the internet or Kitware git.  I am downloading the dependencies manually from https://www.paraview.org/files/dependencies/.  However, I was not able to find this documented on the SuperBuild website.  Shouldn't it be documented on the SuperBuild website?
