Jean,

I cannot reproduce the issue with Python 3.5. I too don't have
vtk.pyc, (since with Python 3.5, I get
./lib/python3.5/site-packages/__pycache__/vtk.cpython-35.pyc), but I
don't have that busted install rule either.  Mind attaching your
CMakeCache.txt? What version of CMake are you using?
