[Paraview-developers] failed to install six.pyc

I am compiling my v5.4.1 with python3 on an Ubuntu system

Python 3.5.2 (default, Sep 14 2017, 22:51:06) 
[GCC 5.4.0 20160609] on linux

It fails during installation with the error:

CMake Error at VTK/ThirdParty/SixPython/cmake_install.cmake:40 (file):
  file INSTALL cannot find
  "/local/apps/ParaView/ParaView-v5.4.1Build-Qt5/lib/site-packages/six.pyc".
Call Stack (most recent call first):

I also see the same problem with the git master checkout. Any clue to overcome the problem?
