Dear ParaView developers,

ParaView 5.4.0-RC3 has been tagged (tag "v5.4.0-RC3"). Binaries for
this release candidate are being built and will be posted to the
ParaView downloads web page when they are finished.

If no major problems are found with this release candidate, we will
use 5.4.0-RC3 as the 5.4.0 final release.
