[Paraview-developers] the one about the file dialog box not showing?

Has anyone seen a behavior (in 5.2) where ParaView works except for the
fact that File->Open
doesn't show a dialog and the rest of the gui then becomes unresponsive?
Other dialogs are fine.

In case it matters, this is PVGUI running through vglrun.

Will try 5.1 and 5.3 shortly, 5.4 has other issues.
