[Paraview-developers] link error in FortranPoissonSolver of ParaViewCatalystExample

Hi,

ParaView Catalyst has really focused on Linux platforms so we don't test
the Catalyst examples with Windows. So far there has not been a project to
support this use case either so I do not have a timeline for when this may
be fixed.
