[Paraview-developers] Edit/ Dictation and Emoji

Hi all,
What are the two lines I now see in ParaView Edit Menu, that say Start Dictation and Emoji & Symbols?  Mind giving me a usecase?  I see this with 5.3.0 RC3, on my Mac.
