[Paraview-developers] ParaView 6.0

I vote we delay it till the following happens:
1. common filters in ParaView are quietly using VTK-m so that those
operations are fast.
2. we iron out the UI/workflow changes Ken suggested for
filters/readers that "require" user input before "Apply".

While we can tackle (2) if we decided to by SC17, I am not sure (1)
will be addressed by then.
