[Paraview-developers] Segfault opening ParaView on Ubuntu 14.04

Hi Sean,
I ran in to this a few months ago. The best we could determine was that it
was a bug in the AMD binary driver. The problem seems to be explicitly
limited to the AMD binary + OpenGL2 backend. Can you try running the build
you have against llvmpipe to confirm?
