Paul,

The glyph panel not showing updated arrays when input is changed is
indeed a bug. I've reported it here [1]. However, the RTData (?) part
is expected behavior. When you changed the pipeline, RTData (point
data) is no longer available in the output of the GLyph filter but
since the color array selection was previous set to it, the menu will
still show it with the "(?)" suffix. Once you changed to solid color,
it cleaned up all non-existing entries and hence it disappeared.
