[Paraview-developers] Changing ParaView package structure

Folks,

We've been investigating cleaning up ParaView's package structure on
various platforms to be more standard and consistent with other apps.

Here's what we have so far for Linux [1] and Windows [2]

Any thoughts, suggestions, objections are welcome. This is not necessarily
targeted for 5.2 release, but at least wanted to get the ball rolling.
