[Paraview-developers] Issues building paraview with MPI : unresolved externals

I have not that version of OpenMPI on windows. I have had good success
recently with the unofficial MPICH binary from Jayesh Krishna's (an oldie
but a goodie as they say). This was on a Win7 64 system where we linked to
it from Visual Studio 2013 62bit desktop express edition.
