[Paraview-developers] Reload button

There's a mechanism to add a button to the autogenerated panel to call a
method on the reader already. No objection to adding it for readers where
this would work. In most cases, however, not that the readers check if the
filename has changed to re-read meta-data, hence do it case-by-case.
