[Paraview-developers] Paraview and VS2013 compile errors

I was doing a test build with VS2013 and I am running into a lot of
missing #include<algorithm> related errors. I'd suggest holding off
till this fixes make it in. I am going to set up VS2013 dashboard
soon.
