[Paraview-developers] New Settings/Custom plugin bug

hi I found a bug in when using the new setting structure of paraview.

if a load the pacman plugin manually, I can see the setting in the
Edit-> Setting... menu

But if a click in the "Auto Load" in the "Plugin Manager" and I
close/reopen Paraview the Setting of the pacman plugin are not longer
visible in the Edit -> Setting... menu.

I tried to fill a bug report but my account is not working!!
