[Paraview-developers] Camera Parallel Projection and LODThreshold options

It's on the "Properties" panel, under the "View" section. It's an
advanced property so it may not show up by default. Simple search for
"camera" in the Properties panel using the "Search" box and you'll see
the toggle.
