[Paraview-developers] Plugin: Add a submenu to a menu?

There's an easier way for this now:

Just add the following for the filter/source proxy's XML.

<Proxy ...>

  <Hints>
     <ShowInMenu category="My Filters" />
  <Hints>
</Proxy>

You can add multiple <ShowInMenu /> elements too.
