vtkCPExodusIIElementBlock and vtkCPExodusIIInSituReader. I need these to
enable the in-situ reader in ParaView, but wrapping them for client server
causes Tcl/Java wrapping build failures in VTK.

I'll see if I can find some way to trick VTK into wrapping them.
