[Paraview-developers] [EXTERNAL] Ensight reader error

Software versions of the graphics card.  Used with all remote, multiple server runs on clusters.  If you don't know what it is, you probably don't care about it.

Okey, thank you for your help.

The Paraview binary distributions for Linux works well. Only fails if I compile Paraview from source, so, I think that graphics driver are correct.

What is Mesa??

This dataset works correctly for me, and the bug that I fixed would not affect this dataset.  I am running master from a few days ago, remote server, Linux.

Looks like a bad graphics driver, or bad Mesa build to me...

Hello,

The data is the official that comes with paraview: "Data, Documents and Tutorials" from the paraview download page: http://www.paraview.org/paraview/resources/software.php

The example is the Data/EnSight/elements.case

So, the ensight file has to be correct. Maybe the problem is in my system libraries?

Hello,

I have used the "elements.case" file for testing.

I have compiled in my ubuntu Paraview 3.14, 3.98 and 4.0.1 from source.
Also, I have downloaded the Paraview binaries for 3.14, 3.98 and 4.0.1

With the paraview binaries the "elements.case" is viewed correctly.
With my paraview builds the "elements.case"  is not viewed correctly, all the geometry appears overlaid. I attached an screenshot.

Why is this happening?
