[Paraview-developers] Improvement of CGNS reader

Hello,

I have been contributing to the CGNS reader for the soon to be released
VisIt 2.6 and I would like to share some improvements. You will find
attached the new files where the modifications are located.
Basically, they are two "big" API changes to allow support for moving
grids. Smaller corrections are also done to import correctly 2D mesh
described in 3D while before a segfault could happen. Finally, some
attention is given to handling boundaries of unstructured grids.
If a nice paraview developer could integrate these changes in the
VisitBridge of 3.98 RC I would be delighted.
