[Paraview-developers] Live-Co-Processing Prototype #2

At the last ParaView meeting, I mentioned I'd post a screenshot of the
live co-processing prototype I've been working on. This will serve as
the next evolution to the work Pat was doing in the past, before
ParaView 3.12.

The attached screenshot shows ParaView connected to a co-processor
(catalyst). The co-processing pipeline is shown in the pipeline
browser. The user can change parameters/add new filters to the
pipeline under the "catalyst" tree and those affect the co-processing
pipelines in the co-processor. At any stage, the user can decide to
view the "extracts" by clicking on the icon in place of the eye-ball.
That gets shown as a source (named Extract: Clip1, in this example)
and user can now visualize those extracts in ParaView including
applying new filters for visualization of those extracts.

This is still a work in progress. I need to add stability checks along
with time management, to name a few, but if anyone's interested the
changes are on stage under the branch named "live_coprocessing".
Please beware that I'll be re-basing this branch periodically so do
not base any additional work on this branch just yet.
