[Paraview-developers] ParaView Development Workflow OverView

Folks,

I've been meaning to write a document summarizing the ParaView
workflow for quite some time now. Here's a first draft:

Feel free to add/update.

I think now it needs a Q&A section where we can talk about the
complicated cases with VTK changes and such.
