Is it possible to do a stage-unmerge?

I pushed two branches to stage and merged them with next. Naturally, I broke th nightly build (now fixed again), but I wonder if I want to rebase my branch and mess about with it, can I unmerge it and merge a new one. Hypothetical question for now.
