[Paraview-developers] [paraview-developers] Where can I find ParaViewSuperBuild.sln?

When you run cmake-gui to setup the build configuration, instead of
pointing it to where your ParaView source code is, point it to the
SuperBuild subdirectory within that. Hit configure and generate and
the super build solution will be wherever you've told cmake to put it.
