Folks,

The ParaView dashboard is a chaos. Everyone should take a look at the
dashboard and fix any issues they might have caused or know how to
fix. Site maintainers, please ensure that there are no
site-configuration errors. If you need help, don't hesitate to contact
us. Until the dashboard clears up, please refrain from making any new
commits unless they are resolving a dashboard issue. This is just a
soft restriction. If the dashboard hasn't recovered by the end of this
week, we may force a commit freeze.
