[Paraview-developers] python macros menu

Prior to qt refactoring:

- the "Macros" menu was hidden by default
- a checkbox in the python console toggled the menu visibility

Now:

- the "Macros" menu is always visible
- the toggle menu visibility checkbox is broken

Should I...

A) hide the menu by default and fix the checkbox
B) remove the checkbox and keep the menu always visible
C) Other
