[Paraview-developers] VTK_LEGACY_REMOVE

Hi,

Just for fun, I tried to set the VTK_LEGACY_REMOVE cmake variable to ON 
when compiling ParaView, and found that there is some fixing to do to have 
it working with ParaView.
The main problem being the the deprecated arguments (which do not exist 
anymore in this case) of the deprecated methods are also declared in the 
ClientServer wrapped files (in the _Init(...) function)
There are also some pbs with the testing, but it does not seem hard to 
fix.

1/ What is your policy regarding this flag? If you ship ParaView with this 
falg set to off, then I would better forget about it. 
2/ If you intend to enforce the deprecation mechanism, shouldn't there be 
a paraview dashboard for it?
3/ if you are interested, I can send you some patches to make paraview 
compile with this flag
