[Paraview-developers] pb with EXPORT macros

The IceT errors are now fixed. I have to resolve some exports in the
VisItBridge next, but you shouldn't see errors related to the VisItBridge
unless you have it enabled. Also I believe these errors only affect install
rule generation. You should still be able to compile/develop. The rest
should be resolved shortly
