[Paraview-developers] Parallel filters missing in client/server

This morning I built ParaView from the CVS trunk and launched in
client/server mode with an 8 node server.  I found that the filters that
are specifically parallel (such as PartIdScalars and D3) are disabled.
Does anyone else see the same thing?
