[Paraview-developers] ParaView nightly documentation

The nightly documentation for the ParaView classes
(http://www.paraview.org/doc/nightly/html/) has not been updated since
last Friday.  This is a bit annoying as there has been a significant
structural change since then with the movement of render modules to
render module proxies.

Could someone generate a new set of documentation?
