[Paraview-developers] 1.8 Branch

I have created the 1.8 branch of ParaView (and vtkSNL) as ParaView-1-8 I
will start moving over the LatestReleasebranch dashboards in the next couple
days. If you find/fix a bug in ParaView please let me know so that I can add
it onto the branch.
