[Opengeoscience-developers] Coding style

Folks,

As per Ben's suggestion and Dave's recommendation, lets do 4 tab for python
code. As far as the
javascript code goes (for comments), I am adding line separation for
methods in the new code (Something like shown below). It keeps the JSDoc
comment syntax but provides nice separation between definitions. If anyone
has objections to it, then this would be a good time to discuss it or else,
after our current branches get merged into master,  we will enforce these
new rules and will update our existing code accordingly.
