Branch 54-workflow-support-fix is ready for review. After creating a layer,
you should see a workflow button. That brings up the workflow canvas, and
with a default pipeline (for now). You can drag modules, and drag
connections. The drag and drop to add new modules seems to clash with
Chris's drag'n'drop implementation and so it doesn't work on the archive
page, and needs to be fixed. It does work on
http://www.localhost:8080/apps/archive/workflow.html however.
