[Opengeoscience-developers] KDE paper

Yeah the main focus of the paper was on the approximation with KDE. I
thought it might be useful since they seem to be doing some data streaming
visualization, but they don't talk much about that. You're right, may be
useful later if we do stuff with approximations.
