[Opengeoscience-developers] uvcdat for ClimatePipes

I just tried again, and now I get this in the libcdms.LOG

...
checking for png_error in -lpng... yes
checking for jas_init in -ljasper... no

I guess I need jasper.
NOTE: I didn't do a clean build, just retried, saw that it installed png,
and then failed on this, I'll try a clean build now
